The multi-deck car parks are our single most common call. Air wedges and long reach tools, never a coat hanger, and we can cut a replacement key beside the car if it is lost rather than locked in.

House and unit lockouts

How fast can you be at the centre?

Ten to fifteen minutes in normal conditions. Tell us which car park and which level and we will find you rather than ring from the entrance.

Is the phone quote the final price?

Yes, call-out and labour in one number. It only changes if you ask for extra work once we are there.

My keys are locked in the boot.

Still openable in most cars. We get into the cabin first and release the boot from inside wherever the vehicle allows it.

Do you charge more overnight?

No. A hospital shift finishing at 4am gets the same price as anyone else at 4pm.

Can you rekey instead of replacing locks?

Usually, and it is much cheaper. The cylinder is rekeyed to a new key and every old key stops working immediately.

What do you need to see?

ID matching the address, or for a car, ID and proof of ownership. Everyone is asked, every single time.
